At Generations, physical therapy benefits residents that have chronic pain
and who experience muscle de-conditioning. De-conditioning is often a result of
being bed bound for a period of time. Unused muscles can become de-conditioned,
and do not function at an optimal level. Physical therapy helps those who have
de-conditioned muscles regain the toning and strength needed to do simple
everyday tasks without incident of injury.
Our physical therapists assist residents with muscle specific strengthening exercises. Physical therapists receive job satisfaction by assisting residents meet and maintain goals. Professional attitudes and certified training assure excellent care.
